About the Owner

Wildfire  Coaching, LLC is a coaching practice founded by me, Rachel Kling. I have over 13 years of experience in leadership development, training, and working in and managing large programs.  


I hold a Masters of Science degree in Strategic Intelligence with a concentration in Leadership and Management, a Bachelors of Arts degree in European History with a concentration in Government, and am trained in Leadership and Performance Coaching through ACT Government Services

Support for the Journey

I am a working mom constantly trying to balance priorities at home and at work while still finding time, energy, and passion to go after my dreams.  I never thought starting my own company or anything of this scale was possible. Through my own coaching journey I've discovered that I was barely scratching the surface of what I'm truly capable of. Not only that, I wasn't giving myself permission to spend time on things that set me on fire.  This journey of growth, self-discovery, and now insane persistence has led me here.  I'd love to work with you to discover what your truly passionate about.  Maybe you've been wanting to take your career or your business to the next level but your not sure what that looks like or how you'd manage.  I can help you bring clarity to your dreams, realize what may be holding you back, and then help you build strategies to MOVE FORWARD so you can start truly living into your full capacity.

What kind of commitment do I need to make?

There aren't any long term commitments or contracts needed.  We'll develop an agreement to fit your individual goals and plans. 

How do we get started?

The first step is to schedule a complimentary introductory session.  In that session, we will get an idea of how well we work together and what our next steps should be from there.
